Studio Dalla Verità was founded in Bologna in 1953 by lawyer Piero Dalla Verità, who twenty years later would open another office in Rome (Via Veneto n. 7).
The Firm traditionally operates in the field of judicial litigation, before Ordinary Courts of Justice throughout Italy in the areas of corporate law, insolvency and business crisis, banking, industrial, labour, real estate, family law and inheritance. In the area of administrative law, disputes in urban planning, public contracts and concessions, the Firm operates through stable partnerships with qualified law firms specialised in litigation before the Administrative Judicial Authority. Arbitration proceedings, including those before international Arbitration Chambers, also fall within the Firm’s specific area of competence.
The Firm also has experience in extrajudicial work, particularly in the fields of real estate, acquisition and sale transactions of companies, businesses and corporate shareholdings, corporate crisis and/or debt restructuring and in particular those towards the banking system, trusts and fiduciary assignments in general.
